Breakfast
Minimum 25 guests Monday – Friday

The minimum price of food and beverage is $20.00 per person.


Lunch

Minimum 25 guests Monday – Friday

The minimum price of food and beverage is $25.00 per person.


Dinner

Minimum 25 guests Monday – Thursday

The minimum price of food and beverage is $30.00 per person.


Weekends

Breakfast/Brunch

Minimum 40 guests Saturday and Sunday,

The minimum price for food and beverage is 30.00 per person.


Lunch

Minimum 30 guests Saturday and Sunday

The minimum price for food and beverage is $30.00 per person.


Dinner 

Minimum 30 guests Friday - Sunday

The minimum price of food and beverage is $40.00 per person.

Fees:


$150.00 Chef Fee per station will be added for Carving Station, Waffle/Pancake Station or Omelet Station.


20% Service Fee is applied to waitstaff, and miscellaneous cost associated with the preparation of the event.

 

Deposits/Payments

Your reservation will be confirmed for our party room upon receipt of your signed contract along with your deposit which will guarantee the date and time.

Deposit for 1-30 guests is $250.00

Deposit for 31-75 guests is $500.00


Room will accommodate 60 guests serving a buffet and 75 guests serving a plated meal.

 

Menu Selection/Head Count

Final menu selection and head count must be confirmed 14 business days prior to your event. You will be charged based on the guarantee or additional guests added after the deadline.


State Regulation

All food and beverage items must be furnished by New York Eatery. Due to Texas Alcoholic Beverage Regulation, New York Eatery cannot allow alcoholic beverage furnished from outside sources.

 

Special Arrangements/Entertainment

New York Eatery will not be responsible for security or storage of special arrangements not contracted through us
